FOR AMICABLE SETTLEMENT OF ALL TYPES OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL COMPOUNDABLE CASES FROM 10.00 AM TO 4.00 PM
AT HIGH COURT OF DELHI, ALL DISTRICT COURTS, DEBT RECOVERY TRIBUNALS, DELHI STATE CONSUMER DISPUTE REDRESSAL COMMISSION AND DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION, DELHI
FOLLOWING CATEGORIES OF CASES WILL BE TAKEN UP IN LOK ADALAT:-
- Criminal Compoundable Offences:
- Cheque Dishonour cases under section 138 NI Act:
- Money Recovery Cases:
- Motor Accident Claims Cases (MACT):
- Labour Dispute Cases.
- Electricity and water Bills Cases
- Matrimonial disputes (except Divorce)
- Land Acquisition Cases
- Services matters relating to pay and allowances and retrial benefits
- Revenue cases (pending in District Courts and High Courts Only)
- Other civil Cases
- Compoundable Traffic Challans
For Traffic Challans:
- Compoundable Challans pending in Virtual Traffic Court Generated till 30.04.2022 will be taken up in this Lok Adalat
- Challans slip can be downloaded by litigants directly through the link

- Litigants or their advocates will have to visit the particular court complex (as per their choice) on the day of Lok Adalat and produce the print out of challan slip before the concerned Lok Adalat Judge for disposal of their challans.
- Aforementioned Links to download traffic challans for National Lok Adalat will be made available to Public at Delhi Traffic Police website and DSLSA website from 17th August, 2022 at 10 a.m. The link will be remain active only till sanctioned limit of challans is downloaded.
- Court Complex, Court number and timing of Lok Adalat where the challans can be got disposed of will be mentioned on the challans slip.
- For all other matters: Parties may move an application for referral of their cases before concerned court where their cases are pending.
