That as per Section 29 of the Advocate Act, 1961:- Advocates to be the only recognized class of persons entitled to practice law- Subject to the provisions of this Act and rules made there under, there shall, as from the appointed day, be only one class of person entitled to practice the professions of law, namely, advocates.
No legal firm is entitled to represent before the court of law as an advocate, hence an advocate with his individual capacity is entitled to appear before the court of law.
