Refund Policy

We are bound for client satisfaction. In case, if you are not satisfied with the services provided as per terms and agreement you entered with the advocate, the advocate will refund back the money after genuine deduction, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the terms and condition before acting upon the agreement.

Cancellation Policy

If the client want to cancel the agreement, the concerned advocate reserve his right to return the proportionate amount subject to the terms and condition of the agreement. If the client changes its mind for the services taken, we will not be liable to cancel the service. Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service. Please make call to the advocate who has dealing with you at the time of taking the work and sign the agreement at the time of taking work. All the return policy is subject to the rule of the Bar Council of Delhi. The client is also free to approach the Bar Council of Delhi, if he is not satisfied with our efforts.
